Serxho Kalaj (known also in Italy as Sergio) played his first match this season in Frosinone's shirt. The Albanian defender was present on the field for 66 minutes in the 3-0 victory against Ternana. A positive game for the 22-year-old, who returned to Grosso's orders after the family tragedy of losing his father. Kalaj gave an interview for the official website of the Italian club, where he expressed his feelings after the first match played with Frosinone, local media reports.

"Everything was magical today (yesterday), full stadium, amazing fans, high score. Today was a special stage for me. It was the first game in which my father was not present in the stands (his father passed away recently), so I was a little excited. It is important that we brought the three points to our side and that the team did well.
I think Frosinone can only aspire to the top. It's made up of youngsters and more experienced guys, in training we all do our best, from those who play every game to those who never play like me. I think this is the emblem of Frosinone: whoever plays, does well in any case.
