The Academy of Sciences of Albania (ASA) and the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Kosovo (ASAK) announced the central editorship for the creation of the Albanian Encyclopedia, the third major project, after the dictionary and history of Albania, the Academy of Albania writes.
The deadline for its completion is at least five years. Analyzing some of the difficulties, it became known that this encyclopedia will focus on the pan-Albanian space, presenting our truth in a scientific way. But also facing the encyclopedia of Montenegro or North Macedonia.
In the presence of the two presidents, the President of the Academy of Sciences of Albania academician Skënder Gjinushi and the president of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Kosovo academician Mehmet Kraja. Shaban Sinani, scientific secretary of the Academy of Sciences, announced the composition of the working group.

The Albanian encyclopedia includes the entire Albanian space in the Balkans and the Albanian diasporas.
