Euronews Albania has been able to secure the real estate properties of Alda Klosi, a state official who denounced the theft in her house of thousands of euros by the cleaner Rozeta Dobi and her son Javier Dobi.
From the Cadastre data, it appears that Klosi is the owner or co-owner of 7 real estate in Tirana and Shengjin.
Klosi is the owner of two apartments in Shengjin with an area of 94 m2 and 42 m2, where according to the data she became the owner of the assets through donation contracts.
She is also the co-owner of three apartments in Tirana with a surface area of 47 m2, 54 m2, and 50.8 m2 in Tirana.
According to the Cadastre data, Klosi is the co-owner of two plots of land in Tirana, 216 m2 and 160 m2.
