The Albanian national team player Nedim Bajrami has confirmed to the media in Italy that he has reached a deal with Empoli and will move to Sassuolo in Serie A.
"Everything is done, I am happy, tomorrow I will join the team. I spoke with Pinamonti, with whom I played last year", said Bajrami, Albanian media say.
The sale of Bajrami, the team that the 23-year-old Albanian joined from Grasshoppers in the summer of 2019, is expected to net Empoli 6-7 million euros. Bajrami remains among the elite of Italian football, having appeared in 19 games and scored one goal this season in Serie A. Bajrami now locates his former trainer, Dionisi.
