Sylvinho plan for the promotion of youth football players in Albania, meeting with young adults coaches

 1 day after being presented at the head of the Albanian national team, the Brazilian Sylvinho immediately began work. Throughout Tuesday, the former champion defender with Barcelona held a meeting with the coaches of the age groups.

His two assistants Pablo Zabaleta and Dorival Guidoni were also present at the common table. The main goal was to reveal the plan that the 48-year-old has to take the Albanian national team as high as possible, media reports.

The coach was optimistic about this new collaboration and showed his enthusiasm for this new adventure with Albania. The Brazilian emphasized that the cooperation between the coaches of the national age teams and the National A will be very close to preparing and affirming as many talented players as possible.

The transition from age groups to the big national team has always taken a lot of time, so Sylvinho has asked his colleagues to be careful. Furthermore, he got acquainted with the way of organizing all the age teams and the training program or methodologies they apply during the year, as he also received information on how prominent elements are monitored, which are especially activated abroad.
