The Albanian IT expert seeks compensation for the release of his personal data

 

 The IT expert, Besmir Semanaj says that he will seek compensation for the release of his personal data, as well as that of his family members.

In the show "Good Morning Albanians" on Euronews Albania, Semanaj said that we must hold the institutions accountable, after the publication of data by Iranian hackers.

"Personally, for the good personal data, I have made an official request to the Commission for the protection of this data. I received a response that is not a response.

On the other hand, I will try, I will try, since the complaint is personal, to take it to the law enforcement bodies and to the court and ask for compensation for my data and that of my family members, which are public. This should be the approach, to hold the institutions accountable", he emphasized.
