The Albanian Special Prosecutor's Office, or "SPAK" in Albanian, has seized 34 movable and immovable assets from Ervis Martinaj, who is known as the gambling boss.

According to sources, his family members' assets, which are estimated to be worth between 10 and 15 million euros each, have also been seized, media say.

The list of assets is available to Euronews Albania, and they learned that the police are executing these seizures beginning this Wednesday morning. Vehicles, bank accounts, land, and shares in numerous important businesses were among the seized assets.

Seizures appear to have occurred following the GJKKO decision. Although it is still unknown whether Martinaj is alive or dead, the authorities' action comes more than six months after his disappearance.
