Albin Kurti on Sunday in Tirana

 

 Prime Minister Albin Kurti is expected to come on an official visit to Tirana on Sunday. According to journalist Kosovë Gjoci, the reason for this visit will be to inform the Albanian government about the meeting held on March 18 in Ohrid.

According to the journalist, during his visit to Tirana, Kurti will hold meetings with Prime Minister Edi Rama and Speaker of Parliament Lindita Nikolla.

"The visit is related to what happened on March 18 in Ohrid. Mr. Kurti will be in Tirana where he will meet Prime Minister Rama and Speaker of Parliament Nikolla. Although no official announcement has been made, as far as we know, it is about informing the Albanian government about what happened in Ohrid, which is normally also related to the idea of lobbying that Albania can and has always done , when it comes to Kosovo's membership in national affairs.

The achievement of such an agreement has opened the way for recognition of Kosovo by countries that do not recognize it, and normally Albania has had an important role in this part, especially when it comes to lobbying in countries that do not recognize Kosovo, where normally the most important are those 5 countries of the European Union. For Kosovo, recognizing them would be a big step", journalist Kosovë Gjoci told Euronews Albania.
