At the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Skopje "St. Cyril and Methodius", Professor Besfort Idrizi has been elected as dean.
Idrizi is the first Albanian to be appointed as dean of this faculty, breaking many taboos.
It was Idrizi himself who announced the news through a post, emphasizing that he feels a great responsibility towards this position, as he is leading the faculty where he himself studied and had his colleagues as his professors.
"Today, I was elected as the dean of the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Skopje by the faculty professors. With the trust of this duty, not only have I been given an exceptional honor, but I also accept it as a duty with great moral obligation, especially considering that I will have to lead the institution where I studied, and where my colleagues were my professors from whom I learned and continue to learn. I feel an even greater obligation towards the current and future students, who are the soul of the faculty and whom we must offer quality education as a prerequisite for their bright future.
