"This award was given by the Italian government, more specifically by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It is given to a woman, a non-Italian girl who lives outside Italy and who has made an outstanding contribution to science, innovation, or technology, and has close ties to Italy. All fields of science were included in this award, not only computer science, which is my branch. 5 awards were given, ie one per region and I won it for Europe.
