Ornela Dardha while on a live interview with Albanian media
"This award was given by the Italian government, more specifically by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It is given to a woman, a non-Italian girl who lives outside Italy and who has made an outstanding contribution to science, innovation, or technology, and has close ties to Italy. All fields of science were included in this award, not only computer science, which is my branch. 5 awards were given, ie one per region and I won it for Europe.

The importance of this award is to place women and the role of women in science and technology in the main places, which are usually branches, and fields that are considered male. - she concluded.
