 An absurd event was recorded in Tirana, where a 23-year-old identified as Klesti Qordja, was put under investigation by the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, after he raped the director of Europol Tirana, Artan Bajraktari, local media say.

According to what is learned, this event was recorded at the beginning of February, where it is known that Bajraktari was driving in the area of Laprak, when 23-year-old Qordja, irritated that the car had overtaken him, asked him to stop.

After this moment, both got off the respective vehicles and Klesti Qordja punched him, even though he was warned by Bajraktari that he was part of the State Police.

The young man was later detained by the police and admitted to the incident. He said that he wanted to ask him what was the reason that he had overtaken him. As for the violence, the 23-year-old Qordja claims that it was self-defense after the head of Europol put his hand on his neck.
