The event that occurred today in the capital, in which a 40-year-old man named Dan Hutra killed three women and injured three others, has prompted a response from the High Inspectorate of Justice.

Due to the fact that Hutra is a person with numerous criminal precedents, including the murder of his wife in 2007 and rape and kidnapping, the announcement states that the verification of the case has been ordered to determine if the magistrates are disciplinaryly responsible.

"The High Inspector of Justice is closely monitoring the media coverage of the extremely serious incident that occurred today in Tirana, where an individual who was previously convicted of murder killed three women and injured three others.

It is stated in the notification that the High Inspector of Justice has announced that he has ordered the initiation of the verification of the case to identify, if any, disciplinary responsibility on the part of the magistrates, as he has done in other cases of a similar nature that are of high public sensitivity.
