A young Albanian, identified as Lauren Spaho, was brutally killed in the city of Karlstad, Sweden. The incident occurred 10 days ago at a nightclub, where the 20-year-old had attempted to intervene in a fight between several individuals of Arab nationality.
The Albanian youth was viciously attacked by 9 individuals, being stabbed 25 times, local media say.
Spaho was urgently transported to the hospital but couldn't survive the injuries sustained.
The tragic event occurred 10 days ago, while the victim's body has not yet been able to return to Albania to be with the family.
The bereaved family has requested the authorities' assistance to bring their son's body to Albania.
The 20-year-old had been living in Sweden as an immigrant for 7 months, working in the construction field.
