Milan is ready to start a new cycle. With the departure of Maldini and Massara, the Rossoneri club will restructure the technical side on the eve of the new football transfer market session.
According to the latest reports, Igli Tare has entered Milan's orbit and the 49-year-old could take the place left vacant by Maldini.
But it doesn't end there, as Calcio Mercato has gone further by revealing Tare's first move as the sporting director of Milan.
Who is Igli Tare
Raised in the Partizani Tirana youth team, he began his professional career in 1993 among the ranks of the Albanian team, before moving to Germany in Waldhof Mannheim. After playing for Ludwigshafen, he was bought by Karlsruhe, where he remained until 1997, before dropping down to the 2. Fußball-Bundesliga with the colors of Fortuna Düsseldorf where he played the 1997-1998 season with the highest number of goals in the league his career, reaching 13 goals.
In 1999 he moved to Kaiserslautern and stayed there for a year and a half before moving on to Brescia where he remained from 2001 to 2003. Welcomed in Brescia amidst general skepticism, on the contrary he proved to be a good centre-forward alongside Roberto Baggio, playing and scoring more of his departmental "competitor" Luca Toni; his commitment and the conspicuous technical improvement lead him to become an idol of the Brescian fans. He made his Serie A debut on 28 January 2001 as an 84th-minute substitute for Andrea Pirlo in Brescia-Milan 1-1. His first goal in the top flight came the following week, on February 4, 2001 in Bari-Brescia 1-3. He concludes his experience with 15 goals in 75 games with the Rondinelle jacket.

Sembra un caso isolato, ma lo stesso Tare si ripeta anche in Coppa Italia segnando una rete contro il Napoli, che permetto ai bianco-celesti di superare il turno.
