"Yesterday, today, tomorrow, forever together!" Under this motto, the citizens' protest in support of Kosovo started this Friday at 19:00 in front of the prime minister's office.
Tensions with Serbia and the "turning of the back" by the international community have forced citizens to support the brother state with banners in their hands.
"The citizens of Tirana and not only have called for a protest. It is the first protest held in Tirana after the tensions that appeared in the North between Kosovo and Serbia. There are no organizers of this protest, but through social networks, everyone has called to participate, exactly at 19:00 in the square in front of the prime minister's office," local media say.
The citizens who spoke on the television microphone said that they want to unite in one nation, while the banners read patriotic expressions, among them "There is no us and them, there is only us".
