 One of China's wealthiest individuals, the co-founder of "Alibaba Group," Jack Ma, has arrived in Tirana to stay for a few days.

The reason for the visit of the fourth richest person in China remains unknown, whether for business or tourism. He arrived in the Albanian capital after a visit to Europe and the Balkans. After Skopje, he visited Tirana, where he stayed at the newest hotel, "Marriott Tirana," located in the Arena stadium tower. He dined at Padam and Millennium and visited Bunk'Art 1 and the National Museum. He left Albania on July 13th, promising to return after very pleasant impressions, local media reports.

The co-founder of "Alibaba Group," one of the world's largest online sales companies, Jack Ma, is a business magnate, investor, and philanthropist from China. He is also a co-founder of "Yunfeng Capital," a Chinese private equity firm. Ma is considered the fourth richest person in China (after Zhong Shanshan, Zhang Yiming, and Ma Huateng) with a net worth of 34.5 billion dollars.

Since 1999, Ma has served as the executive chairman of "Alibaba Group," which remains one of China's most prominent high-tech companies today, having grown significantly since its inception with over nine main branches: Alibaba.com, Taobao Marketplace, Tmall, eTao, Alibaba Cloud Computing, Juhuasuan, 1688.com, AliExpress.com, and Alipay.

Furthermore, Jack Ma is the founder of the Jack Ma Foundation, a philanthropic organization focused on improving education, the environment, and public health. In 2019, Forbes named Ma on its "Asia's Heroes of Philanthropy 2019" list and awarded him the "Malcolm S. Forbes" prize for lifetime achievements in supporting underprivileged communities in China, Africa, Australia, and the Middle East.
