During his speech in Tirana, where he was honored with the "Star of Gratitude," former President Bill Clinton said that at that time, the four municipalities that have now turned into sources of conflict and tension were created solely to give four more mayors to the Serbs.
"There is a disagreement happening in Kosovo that should not be happening. The Kosovars created those four towns in favor of the Serbs, to give them four more mayors. I think it's easy for the Albanians, who are now in the majority, to try to take advantage of the moment to present their argument, but we need to stop this madness. There are people who live there, who need proper governance, and citizens need to be told to vote," said Bill Clinton.
