At the "Sky Stadium" in Wellington, the Swedish National Team, which includes the attacking midfielder player of Albanian origin, Kosovare Asllani, managed to secure a 2-1 victory against South Africa, thanks to goals from Roflo and Ilestedt, with the latter being assisted by Asllani, as Albanian media reports.

In another match at the "Forsyth Barr Stadium" in Dunedin, the Dutch "tulips" fulfilled their duty in a match against Portugal, securing a narrow 1-0 victory thanks to a goal from Van der Gragt. However, the biggest surprise came from the French National Team, who couldn't find a victory against Jamaica, ending the match in a 0-0 draw.
