A 50-year-old Albanian man was killed at a gas station in the city of Thessaloniki by a fellow countryman.

Greek media have published graphic footage of the murder, showing the 50-year-old being shot three times by his fellow countryman.

According to Greek media reports, the two Albanians clashed over a financial disagreement. They were known to be friends and acquaintances in the area where the incident took place.

The perpetrator and the victim were seated together at the same café prior to the incident, where they engaged in a heated argument.

After leaving the café, they went to a gas station where the argument continued. As seen in the footage, the perpetrator remains inside the car while continuing the argument with the victim, who is outside. At one point, the 50-year-old attempts to shoot the perpetrator from outside the vehicle, but in response, the perpetrator fires his weapon, resulting in the victim losing his life on the spot.

"One of them got out of his vehicle and shot the other with a gun and then fled, in front of the terrified onlookers," a witness told the Greek media.

The serious incident is reported to have occurred on Solonos Street in the eastern part of Thessaloniki in the afternoon of this Thursday.
