| Contraband goods coming from Belgium seized by the police |
The State Police has arrested one citizen who was transporting contraband goods from Belgium to Albania and another citizen who was storing the goods in the managed premises.
The arrested individuals are E. Ç., 45 years old, and N. H., 58 years old, both residents of Tirana.
During the inspection carried out at the premises managed by E. Ç., the police found various suspected contraband clothing items that had been transported from Belgium to Albania by N. H.
The police have taken criminal proceedings against the 45-year-old man and his wife, who were in a state of freedom.
A total of 5548 kg of various suspected contraband clothing items were seized.
