Stiven Shpendi is the talented young striker who joins the Albanian colony in Serie A.

The U-21 Albanian national team striker, who scored 13 goals with Cesena in Serie C, helping the club secure promotion to a higher division, has put pen to paper and signed a contract with Empoli.

Empoli has deposited 2.2 million euros into Cesena's coffers for the 20-year-old born in Ancona, who is set to work to leave his mark on the same club as Asllani, Bajrami, or Hysaj.

Shpendi underwent medical examinations yesterday afternoon, while Empoli emerged victorious in the strong competition against Pisa, offering the young red and black talent a contract until 2026, with Cesena retaining 30% of the player's transfer rights.

The young Albanian Hope striker has been active in five matches, scoring two goals. There was also interest in the striker from two major Italian teams, Juventus and Sassuolo.
