An Albanian citizen identified as Apostolos (Astrit) Tota, originally from Kukës, who has been living in Greece for 33 years, in the area affected by the wildfires, has posted an unusual video on his "Twitter" account, where he is seen "arresting" immigrants and refugees, Greek media report.

In the published video, he showed a trailer-type vehicle in which he had placed 25 undocumented immigrants living in the forests of Alexandroupoli. He went as far as accusing them of being responsible for the massive fires that have engulfed Greece.

"I've loaded 25 immigrants onto the trailer, they want to burn us. There are 25 bastards here, and the whole mountain is full. They're sworn to burn us. Let's organize, let's go out and gather them. That's all I'm saying, they want to burn us," he says as he reveals the frightened faces of the immigrants.

After the video was published, the Albanian was located and arrested along with two Greeks, Greek media report.
