Albanian weightlifters, Erkand Qerimaj and Briken Calja have achieved relatively good results in the World Championships held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
They competed in the 81-kilogram weight category, with Erkand Qerimaj from Shkodra performing exceptionally well, securing fifth place in the snatch with 156 kg and seventh place in the clean and jerk with 338 kg.
