Ernest Muçi has significantly raised his level at Legia Warsaw. The Albanian forward is shining with the Polish team, as this season he has established a good relationship with the goal. Muçi also scored against Aston Villa tonight in the match valid for the group stage of the Conference League.
The former Tiranë player found himself in the right place in the Premier League team's area and netted the ball in the 26th minute. A goal that gave Legia Warsaw a temporary lead of 2-1. Aston Villa equalized the score at 2-2, but it was once again the Albanian talent who shook the net of the English team in the 51st minute.
Muçi, a native of Tirana, Albania's capital city, embarked on his footballing journey at the age of 15 with Dinamo Tirana, a local club. He later transitioned to KF Tirana, a city rival and the team he had fervently supported while growing up. Initially, he became part of the club's under-17 squad.
At just 16 years old, Muçi made his professional debut for Tirana on 28 January 2018, during a Kategoria e Parë match against Shkumbini. In that game, he entered the field as a substitute in the 56th minute, contributing to a 3–0 victory. His inaugural senior goal occurred on 3 March 2018 in a match against Shënkolli, where he came on as a substitute in the 62nd minute for Alked Çelhaka. Muçi found the net in the 78th minute, extending Tirana's lead to 4–0. Later that same month, shortly after his 17th birthday, he scored two goals in a 5-1 home victory against Apolonia. In total, he appeared in 11 matches, with 6 of those being starts, and he scored 3 goals. His contributions played a pivotal role in Tirana's triumph in the 2017–18 Kategoria e Parë, securing their promotion back to the Kategoria Superiore.
