 Kler Çaku has achieved an extraordinary result. The 13-year-old girl has been declared the European Chess Champion. The Teuta athlete has secured 7 wins and 2 draws in the European Chess Championship for girls up to the age of 14. This is a significant success for Çaku and Albanian sports.

"Albania has achieved an outstanding result in the European Chess Championship. The 13-year-old Kler Çaku, with 7 wins and 2 draws, is declared the European champion in the Rapid Championship, which has just concluded in Slovenia, for girls up to the age of 14. This victory comes just hours before the extraordinary event for Albanian sports. As Albania gathers the world chess stars in Durrës, Çaku gifts her country with a title as champion. Kler is also a participant in the European Chess Championship that will be held in Durrës with Teuta's team," announced the multi-sport club Teuta.
