On Saturday evening, the "Dardanians" of Kosovo will host the "Helvetians" of Switzerland at the iconic Fadil Vokrri stadium in Pristina in the next qualifying round of the UEFA European Championship, Euro 2024.
Present at the press conference this Friday, on the eve of the match against Switzerland, in addition to the coach of the "Dardanians," Primozh Gliha, was the team captain, Amir Rrahmani. He, like the Slovenian coach, acknowledged the strength of the opponents but also stated that Kosovo has worked well in training and is ready to put on a dignified performance, local media say.
"We have a very strong opponent, the strongest in the group, and we welcome this match, although not at this moment, as we need a lot of points. Nevertheless, we are prepared to do our best on the field.
