One month of detention for two other suspects for the attack in the north of Kosovo

 The Basic Court in Pristina has ordered one month of detention for two other suspects in the attack on the Kosovo Police in Banjska on September 24.

The news was confirmed by the spokesperson of this court, Mirlinda Gashi, local media reports.

The suspects, identified by their initials B.S and D.M, are accused of the criminal offenses: Committing terrorist acts and serious offenses against the constitutional order and security of Kosovo.

A day earlier, authorities issued the same security measure against V.T. A hearing for him was held at the University Clinical Center of Kosovo, where he is receiving treatment.

Three attackers were killed during the exchange of fire at Banjska Monastery, where an armed group barricaded themselves. Eight others were arrested during the police operation on Monday and Tuesday.

Kosovo's Minister of Internal Affairs, Xhelal Sveçla, accused the Deputy Chairman of the Serbian List, Milaun Radoiçiq, of organizing the attack. On Tuesday, he released a drone-recorded video showing Radoiçiq armed among other members of the group in Banjska.
