Kosovo's Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, stated on Monday that the terrorist attack in the northern part of Kosovo on September 24 was carried out by the "Novi Sad Clan," led by Serbia's Minister of Defense, Millosh Vučević.
"The paramilitary and terrorist attack in Banjska, Zvečan, was organized by the Novi Sad Clan. At its helm is Serbia's Minister of Defense, Millosh Vučević. He also serves as the head of the state party SNS, thrice elected mayor of Novi Sad with the assistance of Zvonko Veselinović, and is the closest friend of Serbia's President's brother, Andrej Vučić," wrote Kurti on Facebook.
"Two decades ago in Serbia, the Zemun Clan held power, and now its place has been taken by the Novi Sad Clan. Criminals during war, criminals in peace; criminals in Serbia, criminals in Kosovo. The State President, Aleksandar Vučić, acts like a capo-di-tutti-capi there to prove that even though crime dictates the state, it is, in fact, the state that dictates the crime," he emphasized.
Kurti has emphasized that Kosovo has no jurisdiction in Serbia, thus suggesting that the European Union and the United States establish a Special Court for the Novi Sad Clan.
"Wouldn't it be appropriate for the EU and the USA to establish a Special Court for the Novi Sad Clan? This would deal a fatal blow to the Balkan mafia, while the Balkan region would open up to European democracy, the rule of law, lasting peace, and accelerated development," Kurti highlighted.

Around 40 Orthodox pilgrims in the Banjska Monastery on September 24 were from Novi Sad. Perhaps it's a coincidence; investigations will reveal. The fleeing terrorist group led by Milan Radojićiq is staying in Raška. The notorious Serbian MUP had assigned to them Skoda Octavia cars in black and white colors, with registration plates BG and... NS.
Two decades ago in Serbia, the Zemun Clan held power, and now its place has been taken by the Novi Sad Clan. Criminals during war, criminals in peace; criminals in Serbia, criminals in Kosovo. In the four northern municipalities of Kosovo, terror, criminality, and the culture of paramilitary violence by the Delije (Red Star fans) are coming to an end. This is expressed by the nicknames of extremists such as: Mami, Llune, Daco, Rusi, Nemac, Gile, Drago, Aco, Comi, Belli, Micko, Prki, Mrki, etc.
