She was arrested on suspicion of blackmailing her former partner, a well-known businessman from the Prizren region, with whom she had a tumultuous separation, a situation that also entangled her with the law, local media reports.
The newspaper has learned exclusive details about this case, which involves the girl who represented Kosovo in Miss Universe 2018 and her history with the businessman who fell victim to her and paid substantial sums of money.

Berisha is suspected of forcing the businessman to pay about 200,000 euros and give her a luxury car, an Audi Q8.
It is alleged that she blackmailed the businessman, threatening to send intimate videos and photos to his family.
This apparently led the businessman to finally report her.
Sources within the Prosecutor's Office have informed the Kosovar media that it is about Isni Jemini, a well-known businessman from the Prizren region, who allegedly fell prey to blackmail and was forced to cause himself material damage, at different times, that in 2021.
