Prime Minister Edi Rama revealed during his speech at the Socialist Party Congress how legislation aligned with the EU will be achieved through Artificial Intelligence.

"You know how life is, everyone has their obsession, and I have mine," expressed Rama as he began to tell the story of how he contacted Mira Murati, the successful Albanian in the field of technology.
He said he had contacted her with an unusual caution and she had enabled a phone conversation. The Prime Minister explained how he had asked for help to expedite Albania's readiness for EU membership.
"Is it possible that instead of, as other countries have done before, recruiting an army of translators and a battalion of lawyers, and spending who knows how many tens of millions of euros to prepare the legal mountain in Albanian, we can do this through ChatGPT?" Rama had asked.
Murati had been willing, and the Prime Minister said that together with a team, they had worked to make this possible.
