The letter that Arnisa Kelliçi sends to the Supreme Judicial Council for protection
Dear Honorable Members,

A few days ago, I was informed by the Office of this Court that Judge Arnisa Këlliçi has received a death threat against her.

Regarding this matter, I have no evidence, but I have been informed that a complaint has been filed by the Chancellor of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Tirana.

Today, on 20.01.2024, I received a threatening letter, which, as far as I can decipher, contains threats against me, my children, and my family.

I cannot vouch for the authenticity of this letter at any moment.

That being said, for any eventuality, I request special protection, as deemed necessary by you.

Thank you for your attention.
