Dallëndyshe Bici has declined the mandate of deputy. She would have been required to take the mandate of Arben Ahmetaj, who lost his deputy mandate for not attending the Parliament for 6 months.

In a letter addressed to the Central Election Commission, Bici stated that due to her commitment as the head of the Cadastre, she will not proceed with the procedures to take the deputy mandate.

Based on the ranking of the candidates of the Socialist Party (PS) for Tirana, Dallëndyshe Bici won 4977 preferential votes and was ranked 21st on the list of PS candidates for Tirana.

After her refusal to take the mandate left vacant by Ahmetaj, the right to it goes to the other candidate P. N., who secured 4008 votes in the 2021 elections in Tirana. Despite the scandals within the Socialist Party's high levels in recent years, P. N. happily accepts the deputy mandate.

It is worth mentioning that former Deputy Prime Minister Ahmetaj has been in hiding for the past 6 months. He is internationally wanted as he is accused by the SPAK (Special Anti-Corruption Structure) of corruption and concealing the proceeds of a criminal offense.
