Prime Minister Edi Rama has confirmed the visit of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to Tirana for the upcoming summit organized for Ukraine. Rama made these comments during a joint interview with Albanian journalists from Skopje, where a meeting between regional leaders and representatives from the EU and the USA took place.
Rama stated that the summit is in support of Ukraine and aims to discuss security challenges with President Zelensky.
"We will organize a summit in Tirana for Ukraine, and we will have President Zelensky in attendance. In parallel with this, we will try to have another meeting with regional representatives during this timeframe to take stock of this month. It is a summit in support of Ukraine and to discuss security challenges with President Zelensky," said Rama.
