Albania's girls' team secured a fantastic triumph in their second match against the Faroe Islands, valid for the "Visit Malta Trophy" tournament.

The red and black girls won at the "Tonny Bezzina" stadium with a convincing 3-0 result, showcasing both their skill and determination.
Coach Armir Grima started the match against the Faroe Islands with the following starting lineup: Antigona Hyska (GK), Arbiona Bajraktari, Sara Maliqi, Alma Hilaj, Armera Tukaj, Ezmiralda Franaj (C), Matilda Gjergji, Luçije Gjini, Fortesa Berisha, Eriola Deliaj, and Arbenita Curraj.
The match started in the best possible way for Albania, opening the scoring as early as the 8th minute with Fortesa Berisha.
Throughout the following minutes, the red and black girls continued to dominate the game but were unable to score again.
In the second half, Albania scored two more goals. Firstly, in the 61st minute with Djellza Istrefaj, who was brought on in the second half.
Five minutes later, Armera Tukaj scored the third goal, sealing the victory against the Faroe Islands.
Until the end of the match, coach Armir Grima made several substitutions, giving all the girls the opportunity to participate in this tournament.
