The Berat Court has issued a detention order without bail for Natasha Rombulan and Armando Kumarakun. The grandmother and father of the 10-year-old boy exploited for profit on TikTok.

Armando Kumaraku and his grandmother were arrested the day before by the police, accused of exploiting a minor for gains on the TikTok video platform.
The two arrested individuals posted videos on TikTok with the minor and in recent months had become "characters" on this social network, accumulating thousands of views and likes.
A complaint was filed against them in December 2023 by the minor's mother, who was separated from Kumaraku. In the videos they posted on TikTok, the 10-year-old boy appeared, using derogatory and vulgar language.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Berat, for further action.
