The individual in question is Florian Zani, who was apprehended during Tuesday afternoon hours after several reports of racial violence, insults, and offenses against people with different abilities. It was precisely the organizations defending these groups that reported him, as the Albanian was livestreaming on social networks TikTok and YouTube, where he was sexually abusing and then mocking his victims live on social media.

In addition, he made negative comments about their proximity regarding their sexual orientation, according to the Greek police. His comments triggered significant reactions in the public opinion.

It was an order from the Athens prosecutor's office to immediately detain him and escort him to the police headquarters where he is held under serious charges.

In the apartment where the livestreaming took place, after Florian Zani was arrested, two persons with disabilities were found, who were unable to defend themselves from the abusive and offensive acts of the Albanian TikToker.

They were sent to a foundation where they will be under the care of specialized medical staff.

As material evidence, computers, several hard drives, and computer programs were seized. Zani will be brought to court for precautionary measures on Wednesday morning.
