Cocaine Bust in Ravena: Albanian Man Arrested with 31 Kilograms of Cocaine

 In a significant drug bust in the Ravena area, specifically in Godo village, Russi, the Financial Police seized a substantial amount of cocaine weighing 31 kilograms. The operation unfolded yesterday evening, sending shockwaves through the region.

The arrestee, a 40-year-old Albanian national, was apprehended in Ravena, Italy, after a considerable quantity of cocaine was found in the vehicle he was operating. This arrest marks a significant success for law enforcement in combating drug trafficking in the region, local media reports.

Police officers orchestrated the operation and intercepted the Albanian's vehicle near the village of Godo, where they confiscated 31 kilograms of the narcotic substance cocaine. According to reports from Italian media outlets, the Albanian suspect worked as a painter and had no prior criminal record.
