The Albanian-Swiss Association Swissalbs has announced the winner of the Entrepreneur Prize for the year 2023. The award was presented to Kristian Kabashi, the founder and board member of the FinTech startup Numarics, by a jury composed of distinguished personalities, including Roland Brack, the founder of BRACK.CH, National Councillor Andri Silberschmidt, and co-founder of ElleXX Nadine Jürgensen.

The awards ceremony took place on September 23rd in Zurich.
The Swissalbs Entrepreneurship Prize is awarded for outstanding entrepreneurial and innovative achievements within the Albanian community and serves as an inspiration for the Swiss community at large.
Kristian Kabashi was selected by a jury comprising figures such as Roland Brack, Nadine Jürgensen, Andri Silberschmidt, Vllaznim Xhiha, a philanthropist and serial entrepreneur, and Jeton Tolaj from the construction companies Wirz AG.
Swissalbs Entrepreneur Prize for a FinTech Company
Kristian Kabashi is the co-founder and board member of Numarics, a FinTech startup that offers comprehensive financial services solutions. The company combines human expertise with technology and artificial intelligence to provide clients with a wide range of services.
The recognition of Kristian Kabashi with the Swissalbs Entrepreneur Prize acknowledges not only his past successes but also his significant contribution to transforming the financial sector through innovative technologies and a holistic approach.
In his speech, Kristian Kabashi emphasized: "I am deeply honored and inspired to receive this prestigious award from Swissalbs. Since the latest round of financing, the leading bank UBS has been the primary investor in the Zurich-based FinTech company. UBS has also announced a strategic partnership with Numarics aimed at offering integrated financial and management solutions for SMEs to reduce their administrative burden.
Platform for the Albanian-Swiss Entrepreneurship
In addition to Kristian Kabashi's award, the event included live music, entertainment, and inspiring speeches from prominent figures in business and Swiss politics. Swissalbs is a non-profit organization based in Zurich, founded in 2018 by Përparim Avdili, Bardhyl Coli, Arbela Statovci, and Burim Hasani. The association organizes an annual entrepreneurial ball that brings together entrepreneurs from the Swissalbs community. The event provides a platform for networking, idea exchange, and promotion of business opportunities.
