Subsequently, investigators discovered a drug production facility in the building, equipped with various machinery used for the cultivation, watering, lighting, humidification, drying, and packaging of marijuana.
A plantation consisting of 729 plants grown in pots placed in three greenhouses and 53.3 kg of drugs were seized. The sale of the narcotic substance was estimated to bring in revenues of €200,000 for the criminal organization.

The arrest of the Albanian individual highlights the transnational nature of organized crime and the need for cross-border cooperation in tackling such illicit activities.
