Born on June 10th, 2014, in Geneva, Switzerland, Trim Maliqi has achieved a remarkable feat by winning the Silver Medal three times in a row at international competitions for young mathematicians organized by "BRAINOBRAIN INTERNATIONAL".

At just 10 years old, Trim demonstrates dedication and exemplary behavior as he attends regular classes at the "Ecole primaire des Libellules" in the commune of Vernier, Republic and Canton of Geneva.
As a sixth-grade student at this school, Trim not only excels in his studies but also exhibits exemplary conduct. Geneva, known as an international city that brings together all nations and nationalities, values Trim for his correctness and cooperation with everyone, Diaspora Shqiptare reports.
In addition to praise from classmates and schoolmates for Trim's behavior, his teacher Florence Froelicher also speaks highly of him. She appreciates Trim's keen interest in learning lessons and his continuous readiness to collaborate with classmates.
Recognizing Trim's aptitude for mathematics, his parents, Hekremi and Linda, enrolled him in the "Active Brain Kids Academy" in Geneva in May 2021. The academy provides instruction by professional lecturers using sophisticated methods.
Trim, a well-mannered and beloved child even among his peers, demonstrates cooperation and success in his youthful environment. In addition to attending exercises at the academy under the care of his mother Linda Rexhaj Maliqi, a lawyer at the "Unia" Union of Geneva, Trim also works an extra two hours at home every evening.
Trim is motivated for work by his father Hekrem Maliqi, an IT expert, who often sets aside his own commitments just to ensure his son doesn't miss even five minutes of learning at the academy.
In the late '90s and early 2000s, many young Albanians who fled from the fronts of the wars in Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Eastern Kosovo, upon arriving in Geneva, were taught the rudiments of computer science by Mr. Hekrem Maliqi during his teaching period at the People's Albanian University of Geneva, led by Mr. Ueli Leuenberger (former national deputy of the Parliament of Switzerland, 17th legislatures).
Therefore, it is clear that Trim has inherited much from his father. With enthusiasm and without any imposition, he has been attending classes at this academy for three years now.
His relentless work and love for mathematics, which still remains daunting for many, have led the young Trim Maliqi to be awarded the Silver Medal three times in a row at international competitions for young mathematicians organized by "BRAINOBRAIN INTERNATIONAL".
Regarding the successes of this exemplary young boy, we also sought the opinion of Mrs. Aleksandra El Solh, the leader of this academy.
Mrs. El Solh, whose sole aim is to properly prepare children in various disciplines, especially in mathematics, says, "I naturally feel indescribable joy because Trim's consecutive successes in these international competitions, where more than 21,000 students from around the globe participate, are certificates of trust and recognition for our academy."
