Spanish media reports indicate that security camera footage confirmed the same individual, acting alone, carried out all the robberies. The footage played a crucial role in identifying the suspect's consistent modus operandi.
The Albanian suspect employed a specific method during the break-ins. He used scissors to cut through metal grilles and forcibly opened the entrance door. However, instead of entering immediately, he would hide nearby to observe if any alarms had been triggered or if his actions had attracted the attention of citizens or patrol officers. If no alarms were activated and the coast was clear, he would return after 20 minutes to complete the robbery.
Investigators managed to identify the Albanian perpetrator, linking him to multiple incidents with similar characteristics. This breakthrough has heightened awareness and alertness among all police personnel in the region.
