Lleshaj recounted his early experiences in America, where he initially worked as a taxi driver and waiter before climbing the professional ladder to become a tax analyst at the Texas Department of Finance.

"Like every immigrant, I had limited opportunities and just wanted to work and earn as much money as possible," Lleshaj explained. "My first state job was a huge responsibility for me, especially since I had just finished my studies. I studied finance and accounting for four years, fulfilling half of my American dream."

Lleshaj's opportunity to move abroad came during his third year of university. "The main reason I came was for education, but also to have a better life. I came here through a cultural exchange program while I was in my early years of high school."

For a year, Lleshaj lived with an American family, an experience he described as a cultural shock. "I've been in America since August 2010. It was difficult for me and my family, who were still in Albania," he said.

Through hard work and dedication, Lleshaj has made significant strides in his career, illustrating the potential for success despite initial challenges. His story serves as a testament to the perseverance and resilience of immigrants striving for a better future.
