The Mayor of Shkodra, Benet Beci, has responded to the serious incident where a 39-year-old woman and her three children are reported to have drowned in the Buna River, following suspicions of violence from a family member.
Through a Facebook post, Beci expressed that the entire public opinion is shocked by this event.
He appeals to the special forces to expedite the search for the victims' bodies as soon as possible and urged the institutions to swiftly clarify the incident and prosecute anyone who incited such an action.
Shkodra, but also the entire public opinion, feels deeply disturbed today by the tragic loss of a mother and her three children.
