The Albanian national team, the "Kuqezinjtë," managed only one draw, a 2-2 tie against Croatia, in what was dubbed the "Group of Death." However, participating in the European Championship is not just about points, but also about financial rewards.

UEFA's financial rewards are significant, and the Albanian Football Federation (FSHF) has earned €9.25 million from their participation in the final phase of Euro 2024.

In this European Championship, a win in the group stage was worth €1 million, while a draw brought in €500,000. Since the "Kuqezinjtë" only drew once and suffered two defeats, the FSHF also received an additional €500,000 from UEFA.

In total, the Albanian Football Federation has filled its coffers with €9.75 million from their Euro 2024 campaign.
