"There were many unknowns in the test, but there were also simple tasks. However, overall, the test was easy for me," he told TV1.
Eris participated in this competition for the first time and describes it as a very good experience.
"This was the first time I participated in these competitions. I had a good time. The test was a bit difficult, but the stress played a part too since it was my first time," he said.
The second-place winner, Eris Frangu, expressed his satisfaction that a fellow Kosovar student, Gerti Kida, won first place.
"I’m glad Gerti was the main competitor rather than someone from another country. I’m very happy that he won first place," said Eris Frangu.
Around 600 students from 117 countries worldwide participated in the international coding competition held in the Netherlands, with 41 students from Kosovo taking part.
The participation of students from Kosovo was organized by the "Infinit" Center from Pristina.
Dardan Maraj, the coordinator of this center, expressed his satisfaction with Kosovo’s success in the competition.
"This was a great success for us, the 'Infinit' center, and for the state of Kosovo, as it was the first time we achieved such significant success in international competitions," Maraj said.
