Albanian-Arbëresh Association "Korabi" Donates Incubators to Hospitals in Albania

The "Korabi" Association in Bologna, made up of successful Albanian entrepreneurs and distinguished Arbëresh professionals in Italy, continues its tradition of charity and solidarity. Following last year’s efforts, the association has once again organized a significant donation initiative, providing two modern incubators for maternity wards in hospitals in Kukës and Vlorë, Albania.

The incubators, vital equipment for saving the lives of newborns, will be delivered in official ceremonies by the President of the association, Alberto Astrit Poti, alongside members of "Korabi."

“This is a highly valuable humanitarian initiative. Our association consists of Albanian entrepreneurs who have lived in Italy for over 30 years, as well as distinguished Arbëresh professionals, working together to assist in various fields—from cultural to social and charitable efforts,” said President Alberto Astrit Poti. He emphasized that the association’s primary goal is to promote solidarity and support Albanian citizens, particularly those in need of medical treatments that are not readily available in Albania.

This year’s initiative follows the success of last year’s donation, where "Korabi" provided two incubators to hospitals in Shkodër and Durrës, demonstrating their ongoing commitment to helping those in need.
