Kosovo Football Federation Suspends Zhegrova, Muric, and Muslija for Disciplinary Breach

In a shocking development, the Football Federation of Kosovo (FFK) announced the suspension of Edon Zhegrova, Arijanet Muric, and Florent Muslija. The federation stated that the players violated team rules set by head coach Franco Foda, leading to what is being described as a "drastic" decision by the coach.

Rumors circulating in the media suggest that the three players spent the night at a nightclub, which is believed to be the reason for their dismissal from the national team. However, goalkeeper Muric strongly denied these claims, stating in an interview with Klan Kosova: "The decision made against us was not fair at all, and the rumors being spread are completely untrue."

Adding fuel to the controversy, both Zhegrova and Muric have deleted all photos of themselves wearing Kosovo's national team jersey from their Instagram profiles. Zhegrova, currently playing for Lille, has even removed any mention of Kosovo from his Instagram bio, leaving only his connection to the French club.

The incident has sparked widespread debate, with fans and media outlets speculating about the players' future with the national team. The situation remains tense as the FFK and the players have yet to fully clarify the reasons behind the decision, leaving supporters in uncertainty over the team’s cohesion ahead of upcoming matches.
