Investments in Livestock Farms:
The government will cover half of the costs for investments in animal farms, with a maximum grant of 15 million ALL per farmer or farming group. Eligible farmers must have:- Over 10 cows,

- Or over 10,000 poultry.
Agricultural Machinery:
Up to 5 million ALL will be provided as a grant for the purchase of agricultural and livestock farming machinery.Fishing Industry:
Grants of up to 20 million ALL will be available to support investments in the fishing sector.
Funding Process:
The financing will be structured to encourage early investment. Farmers will receive 30% of the allocated funds upfront to initiate their projects. If the total 500 million ALL is not fully utilized by the end of 2024, the remaining funds will be reallocated for the following year.
This initiative aims to stimulate investments in Albania's agriculture, livestock, and fishing industries, improving farmers’ productive and technological capacities. By enhancing infrastructure and equipment, the government hopes to strengthen the overall competitiveness and sustainability of these critical sectors.
The program represents a significant opportunity for Albanian farmers to modernize and expand their operations, ensuring long-term growth and resilience in a sector that is vital for the country's economy.
