According to Oculus News, the two minors will be sent back to Italy. They are currently being transferred by boat to the ship "Libra," which is stationed at sea.

 Asylum Application Process

The asylum application process for the remaining migrants is expected to be completed within four weeks. Those who meet the required criteria will be transferred to Italy, while those who do not qualify will be repatriated after their stay in the camp. The accelerated asylum appeals process will be conducted via video links with the court in Rome, with decisions being made within seven days, thanks to a new decree aimed at managing the recent influx of refugees.

 Arrival by Patrolling Ship

The 16 migrants traveled aboard an 80-meter patrol ship, which was accompanied by a crew of around 70 soldiers. This operation marks the beginning of a planned procedure to manage and process migrants arriving in Albania, as the country continues to coordinate with Italian authorities to address the challenges posed by increasing migration flows in the region.

This development is part of a broader strategy by Albania and Italy to manage the migration crisis in a structured and legal manner, ensuring that asylum seekers' cases are handled swiftly while also respecting human rights and international law.
