"To be honest with you, I didn’t sleep until 8 in the morning. It was a very emotional game, and no matter what, I always struggle to sleep after matches, especially if it’s a loss," Xhaka explained. "I am usually very self-critical, always analyzing what I did well and what I didn’t," he added.

The Swiss captain's comments highlight the pressure and emotional toll that high-stakes international matches can have on professional athletes. Despite the difficult loss, Xhaka remains focused on improving his performance and learning from his experiences.
